This has always been the case, however, we wanted to put your mind at ease and confirm that our customers get support directly from the Cal4Care team.

If you are using any one of our 3CX Add-ons or customizations by Mr. VoIP or mConnect, we commit to supporting you 100% with your 3CX installation. This includes:
- Configuration & Setup
- Management & Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Security vulnerabilities & Updates
How to open a support ticket
- Login to your Cal4Care portal and click on “Support Ticket”- the pink button on the top right menu.
- Click on “Create New Ticket” – top right in green.
- Fill in the form with as much detail as you can to help us resolve your issue faster. Share any screenshots or files for easier resolution.
